GENERAL CHECK IN/CHECK OUT INFORMATION

Check-in hours are from 2 pm to 7.30 p.m.

Check-ins  after 7.30 p.m. are possible but must be coordinated in advance. Extra charges may apply.

Check-ins  before 2 p.m will be Subject to availability.

Check out hours: 10.30 am.

Late check out is Subject to availability  and must be coordinated. Extra charges apply.

Luggage storage, before check-in or after check-out, is available. It requires being coordinated.

COMMUNICATION AND ATTENTION HOURS

Our opening hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

During the stay we will be permanently available to guests.

We will contact all our guests through WhatsApp / E-mail to coordinate payment and send them all the information necessary for their arrival.

PARKING AND COMMON AREAS

The building has parking. It is suitable for cars or medium-sized trucks, up to 4.5 m2 long. Requires advance reservation, subject to availability, and has an extra charge.

All access to the building, corridors and elevator are suitable for people with limited accessibility.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Our rates are +IVA (Value Added Tax 21%)

Monroe Suites requires advance payment for reservations to be confirmed. This payment will be partial (50%) for reservations of more than 1 night and total for reservations of only 1 night (100%)

Promotional rates do not allow changes or refunds.

Standard rate does not allow refunds, but allows you changes and  maintaining credit balances in your account to be used in different dates.

Changes can only be made before the check-in date. After check-in, they are not allowed. Changes with less than 24 hours notice may be made, but a charge equivalent to the first night will be charged.

In all cases, date changes will be subject to availability and rate differentials that may apply.

Payment methods: bank transfer or credit card through payment link.-

All reservations must be confirmed using one of these 2 payment methods. Pending balances can be paid in cash upon arrival.

Monroe Suites requires its clients to deposit a security deposit of USD 400 to cover possible damages. It may be in cash or by credit card. It is requested upon entry (check in) and returned upon departure (check out), after reviewing the apartment.
