  • If I have a problem, is there someone to help me?

    There will always be a contact person to help you with whatever you need.

  • Does the building has security?

    Security is by closed circuit cameras.

  • How many people can stay?

    Depending on the apartment you book, up to 5 guests can enter.

  • How old is the building?

    The Building was inaugurated in May 2019

  • Is it suitable for people in wheelchairs or crutches?

    Yeah. It has a large automatic elevator and the hallways are also generous in size and without any type of access steps.

  • What is the arrival and departure procedure like?

    The check-in and check-out process is very easy and fast. Once your reservation is received, we will contact you by WhatsApp with all the details and we will coordinate an entry time so we can wait for you, give you the keys and show you how everything works.

  • Is there parking inside the building?

    We have garages in the building. They are rented separately and have an extra charge.

  • Do you accept pets?

    No

  • Is street parking allowed in the area?

    Yes, but it is difficult at certain times to find a place.

  • Is it smoking allowed in the apartments?

    No. It is not allowed to smoke.

  • Are apartments full equiped?

    All our apartments are very well equipped, with complete crockery and appliances.

  • Are sheets and towels provided?

    Yes. Sheets and towels are provided.

  • Is it easy to get around by public transport in the area?

    It's very easy. We are half a block from Av. Libertador where many buses pass and a few blocks from Av Cabildo to take the subway 

    We are also very close to Barrancas de Belgrano train Station
